Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DM Worldwide Holdings Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Road to Amateur Nationals digital course and any related products, services, or websites. By purchasing or accessing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

We offer digital educational content, including the Road to Amateur Nationals course and optional implementation coaching packages. All products are delivered digitally. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read the product description and understand what you are purchasing.
• Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned."
• No refund will be issued regardless of whether you have accessed, used, or completed the course content.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting us is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action and/or being permanently banned from our products and services.

All course content, materials, videos, documents, and other resources provided through our products are the exclusive intellectual property of DM Worldwide Holdings Inc. and/or Brian Deegan. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

Strategy calls and coaching packages are subject to scheduling availability. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without rescheduling. Coaching services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our content will produce any specific result, outcome, or level of competitive success for your rider. Individual results will vary based on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DM Worldwide Holdings Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DM Worldwide Holdings Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our products or services, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
